Buying a "salon type" hair straightener is difficult and expensive. The consultant gave a brief explaination. Then said "Let me show you why this is the hair straightener for you". Did a demo and was so informative. Can't argue with visuals. She went over all aspects. She wanted the "client" to be happy, not try force a sale. She may be a 15year old but ultimately she would choose and by their interaction - a done deal... While this was being processed another consultant asked if he could show us the skin care/make up range - again a personalised, professional informative visual demonstration on what would suit both of us age, skin type, problem aspects and tone wise. By yet again demonstrating on us individually the difference even a first "application" makes. The mirror can't lie. Every choice made had immediate visible results. An experience that was remarkable. When finances allow I will be buying products.
