Dear Europcar Durban (King Shaka). I dropped my Europcar hired car on Friday the 12th of August, around 9:30 am . One of your guys retrieved my cell phone and raced after me into the airport building to give me my phone. I was so grateful! I thanked him and gave him some money but I was so freaked out that I forgot to get his name. What a champ! I hope Europcar will acknowledge this guy's honesty and service.
