Spent around R40 000.00 on various work including burglar bars, carports, electric fence. Ryan has all the means but lacks the drive. It is a year now and has still not finished 100%, first said he didn't have the money to finish they didn't have the time. I even offered to supply the materials he needed to finish the job even though he had been paid in full.... I sent him quotes to have someone else finish the work, agreed to pay and still has not. Bad workmanship!! Bad attitude!! Unreliable!!
