The technicians who come to the house are friendly and competent, although not always reliable with when they turn up. But the tone taken by a manager today when I followed up on a problem after an installation was absolutely shocking. Someone in that position must presumably have had some training in customer relations, but it definitely didn’t show. I see elsewhere that they get a mix of good and bad reviews. My feeling is that they have good people on the ground, but based on my experience the problem is how extremely defensively the company reacts when (as will inevitably happen from time to time) a problem occurs.
