It has a kink in it, and this kink is supposedly able to withstand the force of a vehicle hitting it. This is obviously amazing because your children could play in the garden and never have to worry about rogue cars crashing into your property. Furthermore, it can not be cut with wire cutters the way other fences can. This fencing is commonly used around building and shopping malls.
