I have been in therapy for more than 15 years and had my fair share of therapists. But Natasha is special. She is great with establishing rapport with her patients and making them feel comfortable and good about themselves. She creates a relationship where you feel safe and understood. With her help, I have come to realisations that I have not had with previous therapists. She helped me to understand a lot of things about myself and how the past has influenced my present behaviour. I would recommend her to anyone.

I believe that in order to make changes in our lives we need to start by looking at our relationship to ourselves, to the world and to the people in it. My therapeutic approach involves providing people with a safe relationship to talk openly about their emotions and to understand what might be causing their difficulties.
