Hlabologa Air Conditioning Hughes, Boksburg  Verification Pending

Hlabologa has various contracts to maintain buildings and equipment. We are currently in our third year of a 5 year contract for the on site air conditioning maintenance for Standard Bank Head office (4 Buildings) in the Johannesburg CBD. We have also recently added the Standardbank Contact Centre in Constantia Kloof and the Global Training Centre in Morningside to the list, also 5 year contracts. This also includes the maintenance to York, Trane and Carrier water chillers. We have employees permanently on site for this purpose.

We also do maintenance as a sub contractor for the Gauteng, Provincial Government, Johnsons Control FM (IBM Sites) and Kopanong JV where we have personnel permanently on site. All of these sites include computer centres where short reaction times are crucial. We have done major repairs on air conditioning equipment for Government Institutions like SAGE building where the total plant including controls and BMS were repaired.

We have also been called in for crisis control like dewatering of flooded building basements, sewer pump replacements, storm water dewatering, sump pumps and controls and compressor and plant breakdowns.
