Had a very bad experience with the FNB BRANCH IN BRACKENFELL. The people who assisted me was highly irritates and frustrated and unhelpful at the same time. They did not show customer obsession at and did not answer the questions asked. I could not withdraw my money that was send via ewallet and they could not assist. I was helped by 5 different people. Fnb is waisting money on developing people but clearly nothing gets taken in. Employees have no communication skills or did not even attempt fast enough to resolve the issie
