I was provided with a professional services and everything was done on time as planned.

Draughting and submission of Building Plans for As-Built buildings to Ekurhuleni. Paolo is a very persistent person. Even though keeping up with the changing legislation in this environment is practically impossible, his persistence and energy paid off. As-Built plans have recently been (re-re-re-)submitted and signed off. Paolo happily completed draft after draft and completed meetings and submissions taking care of all aspects under his control. X-Designs took ownership of the process and saw it through to completion. I am grateful for their effort and assistance.

Excellent professional service. Designs were done in record time. It was then submitted to the council on my behalf. I was kept updated on the progress at the council regularly. I paid for his services and even afterwards Paulo still did follow up at the council and then delivered the final approved plans once it was done. I am really impressed and will definitely use his services again. I recommend his services to anyone who is looking for quality workmanship and service.

Paulo has been an absolute joy to work with, super dedicated to and diligent. He designed some renovation plans for our current house, this was an addition of nearly half the current structure and went out of his way to make sure that everything was to our liking, he also ran around tirelessly to make sure that the plans are signed off by the various parties and returned to us.
