Duane from Editica Designs assisted me with renovating a flat that required some renewal and to keep up to date with student demands and usage. It was a pleasure working with Duane on this project and he managed to take my initial requirements and made them actionable. From the initial renderings that captured my thoughts and transferred them to paper to the final drawings that allowed me to complete the renovations. I would recommend Editica designs anytime for quick, affordable and creative architectural requirements!

I sat with a half built house in a beautiful golf estate and had serious trouble finding an architect who could design an additional 2nd floor, fix the half built block and obviously put a roof over my house. I had friends who advised me and told me about Duane de Bruyn (Editica design-build). Story short, he not only designed something that's exactly what I wanted, he also had a team including himself who built it. A couple of things that stood out was his Communication throughout the process of getting the plans approved at Council, etc. His Professionalism throughout the whole project and also having his team in my house- he was always on site, guiding where guiding was needed and actually building with them. I was also very Impressed with the price that was presented to me and the level of work that was created which is now the house that is my home. Thank you Duane & Team Thank you Editica
