I have been using this provider for my roof repairs and painting after being recommended by Snupit. After getting multiple quotes i asked him if he will be willing to match the other quotes we received. he said yes and sent a new quote. almost half way through the job he said he underquoted and needs more money. we said no as we have other quotes for the same price, if he said it upfront we would have gotten someone else to do the job. He did not finish the job in the two days promised for various reasons. He promised to come the next day to finish the job but simply did not show and did not tell us he was not coming. i still dont know when he will be finishing the job. the more we ask him to finish the less he is responding to our messages. i will update this review once we know what is going on and why he is ignoring us after being paid for the job.

Good evening, firstly I would like to clarify one thing this review I regard as childish and premature.This client do not have the money to match his requirements.I did my utmost best to assist them,they had 5 broken tiles on the roof not cracked but broken.When he contacted me I immediately went to search for the exact tiles to meet his current roof profile and I went to repair the roof in the rain prior to receiving a cent from him,his rigging had damages to such an extend that it was leaking and that was important to me to secure that.Saturday it was raining but I still went to pressure clean his entire roof to enable me to seal the Rigging.Sunday I went back to apply two coats of paint over the repairs and also started to paint the roof.Sir you asked me to start the job the second week in April, understanding your immediate problem I secure your roof till then you only paid me R13000,00 this far and I gave you more then you paid for

Prompt response and excellent communication, followed by excellent work done. Problem was resolved first visit and phone to ask if I was happy. I highly recomend as a very satisfied customer.

Peter and his team performed the roof maintenance professionally, also identifying additional issues on the roof condition, which they fixed at no extra cost. \also gave advice on future maintenance and products they recommend for quality purposes. Thanks for speedy response and neat work. I obtained my roof certificate with no issues thanks to your work. Sydney

The service I received from SACOSO Consulting (PJ Lucas) was resembling a nightmare you hope to wake up from. He proceed to perform the work without supplying me with a quote and then demanded R3,500 (eventually came down to R3,200) for work another service provider to Snupit has quote me R580 (including travel) for the same work. After I paid him R1,500 he threatened me claiming to be a member of the EFF. I will NEVER use this service again and strongly advise all to do the same.

You had a problem,you called after me you send me pics you're staying at Valdevie estate out in Paarl begging me to pls help you,not only did i fix up the problem you had i took care of other weakspots on your roof too with my materials after i completed the work only then you claimed not too have money and that you are very poor.It is people like you mnr Mocke that's making South Africa unbearable pls pay my R1700 as we discussed what i did i explained my price to you prior to giving you my invoice witch u agreed to you will pay later that day don't u come and badmouth my service you narrow minded,cheap,ignorant person pay for service you owe me R1700,00 pls pay
