The Dropend team explained what was wrong and resolved the issue with assurance that should it go wrong they will come in to fix it again at no cost. This is a problem I've struggled with over a year, they sorted this out within an hour of finding the issue when previously I'd asked several plumbers to come in to do exactly the same thing without success.
