I have nothing but the highest praise the CIA-team. Apart from the special care taken with each project no matter how big or small, they were always here when they said they would be, cleaned up immediately where they worked, and finished the project in the agreed time-frame. I am happy to recommend them for any bathroom, kitchen or general renovation work.

CIA upgraded two bathrooms. Kobus was very helpfull on advice , his quote was competitive and he did a splendid job for us. We will be using him again soon on a different building project.

The shower was leaking and causing damp in the bedroom carpets. At short notice Kobus gave me a quote and has done an excellent job of removing the old shower, establishing the cause of the leak, ensuring it was fully dry and then installing a new shower base, new tiles, shower rose, shower tap and door. He took the time to get tiles that matched with the bathroom. The end product is excellent and I highly recommend him. His work was cost effective and he was flexible as he needed to work around people who were renting the house.

Construction In Action redid my bathroom: removed the bath, toilet and basin, fitted a shower, refitted the bath, toilet and basin, and retiled the whole bathroom for me. They were also willing to come do some finishing touches for me like fitting the vanity, handrail, accessories, etc, AND do an extra cabinet and fit a cat-flap in my kitchen. Their work is VERY neat and tidy, they leave the premises clean, and they are SO pleasant to work with. Best of all: their prices were LITERALLY the most competitive I could find! The request was for 3 fishponds at my home to be waterproofed. I was very very happy with the service, the professionalism with which the job was completed - the commitment - the minimum intrusion into the privacy of our home as well as the quality of workmanship. I recently organized the renovation of a three-bedroom townhouse in Cape Town. I used CIA to do the following: Remove all existing flooring downstairs ( about 44 sq m) and tile the whole area. The tiling was done superbly and the new floor was completely level when finished, making installation of floor cupboards in the kitchen very easy. 2. Completely renovate a guest cloakroom – new floor, wall tiles, toilet and basin and a bathroom – remove a bath, basin and toilet and install a new shower, basin, toilet and washing machine connections. All this was done well and has vastly improved the unit. 4. Tiling of the kitchen walls - difficult because the walls were crooked. The tilers managed to level the walls to accommodate wall cupboards and fixtures. The tradesmen were pleasant and helpful at all times and cleaned up every evening before leaving.
