Request was to have seven Meranti doors fitted. The carpenter damaged the first door. Incorrect tools damaged the door in several places. Adrian & Vian committed in writing to replacing the damaged door. This has not materialized and Adrian is now not taking my calls. I await the refund your company committed too so that I can update my post so to advise others that you are honorable business men.

Hi Allister this is Vian whom you spoke with regarding the door on the same morning you tried contacting Adrian, I advised Adrian not to get involved as I was the one whom you were involved with.
You breached the agreement we had regarding the replacement of the 1 chipped door which is now repaired and looks good, you also went ahead and bought a new door although I said I will replace it which is a breach in our agreement and resulted in you demanding money(which is fraud if I have paid), so I don't see how we can assist you in that manner - the team which Kobus is involved with, has done carpentry successful for over 20 years now and haven't had a client as unique as you and also we took the chipped door to 3 other carpenters which also said that is how the process works in installing that specific Meranti panel door. I also recommended we take the doors to cut with an industrial machine but you declined the suggestion.
In the future please don't threaten a worker(our calls are recorded).
