Excellent training techniques. Good fitness training. All round concise demonstrations of Kata's, individual moves with explanation of use of techniques. Historical background information. Some printed literature to accompany training would be useful to use at home as a reference for the karateka who's memory is not so good.

Karate Do Kzn

We teach classical Karate Do with emphasis on Self Defence, Health and Fitness!

Separate Kids and Adult classes broken into 3 main groups, with each group getting well designed, quality tuition stimulating them both mentally and physically.

Pre Karate Do : 5 - 8 years old.

Junior Karate Do : 9 - 14 years old.

Teen & Adult Karate Do : 15 - 75 years old.

Monday & Wednesday evenings.

We also offer:

Corporate Self Defence courses (tailor made programs)

Civilian Self Defence programs (designed to accommodate numbers and criteria)

Special needs students training.

Private tuition

Classes also available in Glenwood and Morningside.
