Karate Do Kzn
We teach classical Karate Do with emphasis on Self Defence, Health and Fitness!
Separate Kids and Adult classes broken into 3 main groups, with each group getting well designed, quality tuition stimulating them both mentally and physically.
Pre Karate Do : 5 - 8 years old.
Junior Karate Do : 9 - 14 years old.
Teen & Adult Karate Do : 15 - 75 years old.
Saturday Mornings.
We also offer:
Corporate Self Defence courses (tailor made programs)
Civilian Self Defence programs (designed to accommodate numbers and criteria)
Special needs students training.
