We have offered the client a service for tilling and ceiling installation. It is not true that we took the money and never finished the work. We come across with lot of challenges while we were onsite of which we did try to communicate with a client. Firstly the working environment was really not healthy and the client was not always onsite. The site was oversee by the client's deployed caretaker. The care taker gave us a difficult time onsite. We have done about 80% of the work and we were communicating all the challenges with client. We had a challenge in installing ceiling board due to the mistakes done by the contractor who build the house, we had to make new design of the structure of was not the part of the deal, the deal was to install not to design and install. Even if you can visit the site you can see the good job we did to ceiling. Again we had a challenge in installing the tiles due to the floor that has no level again we also communicated that with client and we told the client that it is difficult to lay tiles due to the poor level in the floor, the client said we can keep trying. I myself also discussed about client that the work is too much she have pay us so we can add the team but she refused. We got another job as we are the contraction company and we reported our case to the caretaker and how we will handle that, I took half of my guys to do another job and leave half proceed with Zodwa's project, unfortunately the client didn't like that, she demanded that I go pick up the the guys that I took and bring them back to her site.
