I had a lower back injury which was treated by a physio and chiro in Johannesburg. The treatment was unsuccessful. I then went to Ashleigh Trend at Rogan Heyns Biokineticist Inc. and she helped pin point the injury and rehabilitate and strengthen the muscles supporting my lower spine and neck. After 6 weeks of treatment I have no more back or neck pain. I now see Ashleigh twice a week for maintenence. I thoroughly enjoy the sessions!

Ashleigh Trend has her Bachelor of Sport Science (2013, University of Kwazulu-Natal) and her Honours in Biokinetics (2014). She completed her Biokinetics internship through Jimmy Wright and Associates in 2015 and went on to practice under him at Sharks Medical Centre and Kings Park Virgin Active. Trend is currently the senior Biokineticist at Rogan Heyns Biokineticist Inc. Trend grew up in Hillcrest and has a passion for water sports and the prevention and rehabilitation of patients with chronic disease.
