I bought some stationery for the office from these guys SDG Packaging, and some pens which came sealed in the box, were not writing well,kept stopping and writing and it was a good brand pen,so I brought this to their attention and they replaced me with a whole box of pens and I couldnt believe it, cause I only returned 8 pens and got a whole box . I am a happy customer .
