We are registered with the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) and offer this service.
Annual Financial Statements
These are required for submission to the revenue authorities (SARS) on an annual basis together with the business's income tax return. This applies equally to Sole Traders/Proprietors, Close Corporations, Companies and Trusts.
Gautax uses Caseware for preparing Financials statements for PTY's according to IFRS for SME's and keep up to the latest legislation
Monthly Management Reports
As a business owner you are responsible for making decisions in that effect the business. In order to make meaningful decisions you will need access to certain information. This information could include gross profit percentages, product contributions, cost behaviour and variance analysis (This information is not normally provided by a standard accounting system)
We prepare monthly management reports designed specifically for your business that detail all the information required for you to successfully manage your business.
Payroll processing
We structure our clients salary packages according to the specific needs of their employees. We prepare sealed payslips for the employees on a monthly basis. We can also assist with the payments of employees tax, medical aid contributions, UIF contributions, etc. We prepare IRP5's for all staff on a yearly basis.
Bookkeeping
It is not financially beneficial for small to medium sized businesses to employ full time bookkeepers. Our efficient accounting practitioners are able to provide a solution to the bookkeeping function at a hourly fee.
We use QuickBooks,Pastel Accounting and Pastel Payroll to conduct bookkeeping services. Bookkeeping is done at specific time-frames to suit the needs of our clients. Bookkeeping can be done at our premises or our clients business premises.
