I often visit Mugg & Bean, for it is convenient for those shopping in the Garden Route Mall, and also for meeting business partners for a quick meal or a cup of good coffee. The food is excellent and the service friendly, but what I found more than once is that the items on the menu is often not available. Mugg & Bean may look into this aspect, for it is rather frustrating to learn that the first, second and sometimes third preference is "not available".
