I came in with my ears blocked on both sides and I couldn't believe how all that changed in a period of 2 hours. I was comfortably assessed and taken through each and every step of the hearing assesment.

Throughout the hearing assessment, I found Dr. Moosa to be very patient because he answered every question taking his time to explaining the functions of my ear and even illustating using his charts for a better understanding.

We found him to be very thorough in his hearing assessment that he conducted on wife and myself.

He answered all our questions and explained each and every detail to us.

He took his time in drawing pictures which illustrated the importance of all the components of the human ear

He definitely re-assured us in terms of any fears or concerns that we had.

The functionality and features of the hearing devices was explained and demonstrated in detail.

Rehaan Moosa is one of the best Audiologists I have met. He takes extreme pride in his work and makes sure his patients are fully aware of what he is doing. I went for an audiology exam at Rehaan Moosa and after a thorough test it was discovered I have hearing loss in both my ears.
Rehaan took me through the whole procedure being patient and professional and explained every step in detail to me making it a very relaxed and comfortable experience.

My husband has a top if the range hearing aid fitted in November 2022. As we had no experience in this field, we didnt realise that so many things were not explained to us and we were really not well equipped to use the aid to the fullest. This has resulted in mental wellness being even more affected because our experience was that the hearing aid is of little or no assistnace.
All of that changed when we consulted with Rayhaan as he went out of his way to take us through everything, making sure we have understanding, know what to do and how, and therefore husband now gets optimal benefit from the aid.
