Ashleigh Caradas is a registered dietician and yoga instructor who is committed to helping you make the shift to a healthier you. Ashleigh holds a bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Medical honours degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Cape Town. She has been in private practice as a Nutritionist and Dietician since 2005. Ashleigh is also a freelance health journalist and her articles have appeared in Longevity, Me!, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Shape and Essentials magazines. She wrote regular features and columns for Living and Loving Magazine and the Business Day Health News (a supplement to the Business Day Financial Mail) and contributes to various blogs. In her spare time she practices and teaches yoga and also runs a yoga teacher training. Ashleigh has a nutrition practice in Dunkeld West, Johannesburg and gives regular talks and workshops in the corporate environment.
