My Samsung 55inch curve had no picture. Cris came through to do the assessment, he explained what was the common cause of the issue and that it is fixable. He showed me what affected the picture, LED light issues. He returned the next day on agreed time to fix my tv. All is working well now!! Thanx for quality work and service!

Cris a very pleasant gentleman.he repaired my TV same day after giving a reasonable quotation..my TV has been not working since last November, about 3 technicians came and told me it was unfixable because the screen had lines and charged a lot of money for screen replacement.Cris came last week and fixed it without replacing the screen.im so happy a very knowledgeable guy who knows his story.

Wonderful service

Chris was very efficient and knowledgeable. I received a call from him within an hour of posting my request on Snupit. He arrived at my home on the agreed time and my TV was fixed within an hour. I did ask what he all repairs which is any appliance. I would recommend him to anybody, and he was cheaper by R1350.00 than the anybody else.

My Sinotec TV would not switch on from the remote or the switch on the TV itself. He arrived at the agreed time and said to find the problem, he needed to stripp the TV to get to the PC-board and to check for a blown fuse. He checked several components on the way to the PC board , but all was working to specs. He found some fault on the pc-board which he showed to me and then quoted me a price to fix it, which I agreed to. He repaired the fault on the TV, checked that it solved the problem and then put the TV together again. He then also had look at the remote control, stripping it open. He found all buttons were working OK without the membrane, but because the membrane was worn at the on/off button, one needed to press that button with more pressure than normal. We were very satisfied with his professional way of working and the result of his effort - all was working OK. I could also pay him by EFT transfer, which I did immediately.
