We received such good catering for one of our family functions. It was clearly displayed, that the food was halaal. There were hired bain-maries and chafing dishes, used, which gave such a professional look to the place. The food was fresh, delicious and ready on time.

An intimate family dinner On all the occasions my guests raved about the food and the manner in which the owner and assistants of Undercover Galaxy performed their duties and related to the guests. One of my events required the provision of a halaal menu and Undercover Galaxy gladly obliged and delivered as requested. They were to provide a one-stop service in that through their network of reliable service providers, they were able to cater for function beyond the meal. We were able to leave the hiring of equipment, provision of flowers and other requirements in their capable hands! The owner has amazing people skills, is able to listen to your requests and always goes beyond the call of duty! Undercover Galaxy is definitely my service provider of choice!

200 adults... Christmas function!! I used Undercover Galaxy for our Company's Christmas function. After getting quotes from several catering companies, they by far exceeded our expectations from the word go. Same day response to our email request! Menu's custom made for my group within 24 hours. Excellent communication and follow up. Extremely flexible with the menu. We made changes about 10 times. The funtion: They arranged everything- from decor to gifting. Brilliant!!! The food was unbelievable. Presentation, taste and quantity was 100%. Each person could have 2 massive servings. The serving dishes were always full and replenished constantly. Cleanliness is key... and as I peeped at the back of house, it was spotless. Gloves were used throughout . That was impressive. Staff excellent and hospitality 5 star. I highly recommend Dijon and Team.
