We decided to use 2bfine engineering as they come in with the best price to repair our roof. The owner of the business assured us that they can fix the roof and that we won't be sorry. We accepted and paid him the 50% deposit. Thereafter we agreed upon a date and time which he never met. I contracted him and he kept on giving me excuses as to why he couldn't come. Only when I started raising my voice did he eventually came to fix the roof. He confirmed that he will be returning the next day to check if all is in order and that there are no leaking spots.He never came back. We noticed that there was still a spot that's leaking. I then made contact with owner to inform him of this and asked him to come back and fix the problem. Again he was a no show. Always the same old stories for not being able to make it.The worse service we've experienced. I will NOT recommend his services to anyone! Willing to take your money but is not really interested to do the job.
2bfine Engineering re-build a garden wall (1.7m x 13m) for me in the townhouse complex where I stay. After the owner (Pule) received my final payment Saturday evening (24 Aug 2019) they left without cleaning the workplace and the wall properly and without doing the finishing touches like filling the gaps between bricks. I am now left with the ugliest wall in the complex. If I water my flowerbeds with sprinklers the water seeps through the wall at several places because of the gaps between the bricks. A week ago Pule (the owner) promised to rectify the problem. However, he is now missing in action - ignoring my calls and emails.
