Solar panels and issue coc's, on completion.
For those who dont know!
a coc is only valid for 2 years and a coc for solarpower 1 year.
Due to new ammendments within the industrial, commercial and household sector, the Sans 10142 -1: requires the new ammendments be implemented, from the last date of you purchasing the property.
Only once the new regulations are implemented can a new certificate of compliance be issued.
If required a documement inclusive of pictures can be provided after a test on your premises, inclusive of a quotation.
