Marelee Fourie is an amazing Pilates instructor - her background as a Physio adds so much value, as she understands the effect of every exercise on your body. Her classes are fun yet professional. I will highly recommend Marelee and the Equi-Kinetics Studio.
Always a great class, even if you don't feel like going ... I leave feeling all the better for getting my exercise in! Marelee is a down-to-earth person, well informed & trained, and always amenable to adding some variety in the class. Highly recommend her pilates studio!
