On Sunday, 27 February 2021, a lodged a complaint with BP Cascades, PMB service station, where my diesel tank was filled with petrol. This caused me two weeks on an inconvenience, especially been a single mom. I have sent all invoices and fuel slips to Ms Zinhle Sokhela of which I have had not had any response. This is disrespectful and needs your urgent attention. Charmaine

I love the eastern cape! Filled car up at BP on corner of Albany and cape roads, Port Elizabeth, one the attendants said I should pump one tyre up, but said he must do a water check to be sure as it seems it has a slow puncture. And yes there was a tiny nail, which he pulled, drilled a bigger hole and stuck what looked like a dog snack in covered in glue! thanks to the team there and his quick thinking I have arrived at Cape st Francis safe and sound!

I would like to complain about the shocking service at your BP oasis branch on the N3 by Cato Ridge in KZN.On many occasions the service has been pathetic.If a forecourt manager does exist there he/she is doing to terrible job.I try avoid filling up there now but sometimes I have to and everytime the service is really bad.I have heard other people complaining about the same thing.

I am extremely displeased with the service I received this morning at your Palm Court BP Station. I requested R150.00 petrol which I did not receive! I can safely say that I will not be using BP in the future. I would highly appreciate that something be done with regards to the above.
