Very convenient, safe parking, nice Woolies downstairs and of course, world class training. Align and Define pushed me to new limits to prepare for my next Warrior race!! Great overall experience.

I have used other trainers in the past and tried things with no success but I was amazed how amazing my body felt doing Pilates at Align and Define. I enjoyed coming into a private setting and having a trainer over the holidays. Ane really helped & motivated me to achieve my goals.
