Excellent service and really good with their prices compared to dealerships. Charles (The owner) was very helpful and also filled my aircon gas at a VERY good price. would recommend.

Submitted two alternators for repair. Received it back in no time. Was charged a large amount. No work done on alternators. Did not charge. Upon opening, nothing was replaced. When i returned to confront owner, he grabs a clean beating laying in his office and shows me that is my old part. Conveniently the hearing was clean and on his desk. He gave me my money back and said do not come with all stories. Poor service. Indicative of S.A backyard mechanics, no work, poor service and large amount of money for nothing. Do not use this company, this is dishonest and if your car breaks with your love ones in dangerous areas, things just go on for them.

Ruan handed over 2 alternators for repair. Both were repaired and were charging on test.old parts as shown on attached photo...and a ridicilous amount??? I was helpful by charging him only R500!! He also came here with an old beat up Datsun the time he handed rhe 2 alternators in saying the alternator currently in the car is also not charging ..i went to the car and checked the charging voltage with a multimeter. Did not charge and also saw that wiring to alternator was connected wrong..i showed him whereupon i also found loose and badly connected wire joints... He did come back making a big scene about the 2 alternators i repaired which he went and stripped to pieces after he collected them. Maybe he should rather have sorted the bad wiring in his car first before coming to blame me for bad repairs!!!

Worst service, never take your BMW there. They do not specialise- they took 5 months and car came with same problems and even more damages. Even refused to refund. Taking them to court.
