Poor service ever, they installed my DSTV Explora without the LNB and dish hence they charged me for the full installation package price.

Martin is a star. I needed to know where the smart card is on my new cardless decoder and he told me to flip the decoder over and there it was, the iuc number. So simple but i didnt know. He is a good customer care person. well done Martin!

Very poor Service these guys. Come late, show unprofessional dressing code, smell alcohol and after that they just leave cables hanging and they will tell you we will come back but never come back. They SCAMMED my money these guys, l had to call other guys to fix my dstv. Snupit you are realiable guys and must not allow these guys on your platform.
