XLNT Panelbeaters was founded on 1 April 2003, by Dennis Venter, a Master Panelbeater, with over 40 years experience in motor accident repairs. Since then XLNT Panelbeaters has grown to be one of the leading accident repairers in the Western Cape, having achieved numerous manufacturer approvals.

In all areas of our business, from first contact to our follow up courtesy call, after our client’s vehicle has been returned to them. We are confident in our workmanship and thus offer a 3 year warranty on workmanship, and a 5 year paint warranty.
Time:
We understand that a vehicle is an integral part of a client’s lifestyle, and must be returned to them in the soonest possible time. We work closely with the insurance broker, assessor, parts suppliers and our client so as to reduce any delays which might occur during the repair process.
Customer Service:
The client is not dependant on us, we are dependent on the client. We have to deliver the same service to our clients, as we want delivered to us, when we are served. To this end we have a client liason officer who will keep our client up to date with the progress of their repair, every step of the way. We have employed the services of an external customer management company to measure our customer service, and we are currently boasting a 98% customer satisfaction rating.
