The service that I have received from this service provider is nothing short of shocking. Took my ice maker in for repairs. Got it back with a number of screws missing. It packed up again within the 3 month warranty period and I returned it for them to check what the problem is. This has now been more than a week and I have had absolutely no feedback at all. Will not use their services again or recommend them to anybody.

Good day, we are sorry to hear how you feel. Allow me to apologise for this. However, we do tell ice machine clients that we are unable to find spares for ice machines. It is not very repairable. where we can repair without the use of spares needed, we will do so. We only guarantee work completed by us and parts fitted by us. We have since decided to refrain from taking in ice machines. Many thanks

We will collect your faulty appliances, such as washing machines, tumble driers, fridges and dishwasher, and evaluate it. We will give you a quote. The choice remains with your to repair, or not.
This applies to a 5km radius from the relevant branch, and a travel cost could be added to work done at a greater distance.
