I am hugely dissapointed with the lack of sense of urgency to repair a breakdown of our heatpump. I contacted on Thursday 3rd October requesting assistance to repair our heatpump at the school main kitchen. I was assured that a technician would attend to the problem on Monday. I recieved an email on Monday stating that there was a lack of stock of a drier and would be here on Tuesday. They came to repair a waterleak on the heatpump, but we are still without hot water in the kitchen. The excuse is that another client has had a breakdown and they have gone to attend to that. It is now Friday 11th October and we still do not have hot running water.

M-Tech Industrial (Pty) Ltd. is an ISO9001:2008 accredited multi-disciplinary engineering company headquartered in Potchefstroom in the North-West province with approximately 20 full-time support personnel and a core group of 35 engineering consultants, programmers and technicians.

The company was founded in 2000 by Dr. Gideon Greyvenstein and Dr. Pieter Rousseau, at the time both professors in mechanical engineering at the Potchefstroom University (now the North-West University). M-Tech grew out of an engineering consultancy known as M-Tech Mechanical that was founded in 1987. In 2005 M-Tech also acquired Enerflow Technologies cc, a refrigeration and heat pump systems company that was founded in 1992.

M-Tech is a Level 3 Generic Enterprise BBBEE contributor with a BBBEE procurement recognition level of 110%.

Design, analysis and optimization of complex thermal-fluid systems such as coal, gas and nuclear power plants, compressed air networks, water networks, gas networks, heat pumps, refrigeration systems, turbo machinery, heat exchangers, mine cooling systems, HVAC systems, desalination plants and test facilities.

Computational fluid dynamics.

Development and implementation of energy efficiency projects such as pump scheduling schemes on mines, large scale heat pump water heating systems on buildings.
