The following is the basic services I can help with (but not limited) :
• Monthly bookkeeping (including reconciliation of bank, debtors and creditors and send out of Debtors statements for collection)
• VAT Calculation and submission of VAT201 as per periods specified by SARS
• Monthly Payroll – issue payslips and keep leave records
• PAYE Calculation and submission of monthly EMP201 to SARS
• IRP5 Reconciliation (bi-annually and annually)
• Submission of UIF Declaration (monthly)
• Submission of Annual Return of earnings at Compensation Commissioner
• Submission of Annual fees at CIPC
• All CIPC related transactions (Change of name , address, amendment of directors/member)
• Registration of new Companies with all statutory registrations (CIPC, PAYE/SDL/UIF at SARS, UIF and Compensation Commissioner at Dept of Labour)
• Compiling of Management (for application of loans , overdrafts ect. at financial institutions) and Financial Statements (Annual for SARS)
