We had the best service ever My son's Polo was taken to another VW for repairs as the car did not want to start the polo was there 13days with no reply on what was the problem and nothing was done no communication at all. We received very bad service from this VW in PTA I got frustrated and I phoned VAG and they collected the car that very same day I phoned them, within 2 days VAC phoned me back and send me the quote and repaired the Polo We collected the car yesterday and all is well, We received the best service and fantastic communication for the time the car was there. Well done to the VAC Spec Menlyn team you are great. Natasja thank you for the Wapp's and the phone calls and keeping us informed about the progress
