NEC Precision Centre Centurion  

I had a problem with my C180 Kompressor W204 2009 Model , I left a query on Snupit & Mr Nyasha from NEC immediately called me the next morning, I explained &without even diagnosing my vehicle, he immediately told me the problem on my car. I told him I don’t want my car to go to his workshop-as I’ve had bad experiences with workshops & he understood & offered the alternative of coming to my house & fixing the car there-which is exactly what I wanted. So they came to my house & immediately started to dismantle the engine & he showed me exactly what was wrong .My Cam Gears were dead & timing was off .They then proceeded to replace all that needed replacing & after all was done my car was alright again! They were neat,worked efficiently & communicated well with me .If there was a way to post before & after pictures/videos on Snupit I would show you all.

The guy was so rude and unprofessional saying I dont want to get my car fixed, I am lying and taking chances! What is the desperation all about! No wonder they got only 1 poor rating even when they claim to be in business for 5 years

Requested a quote and accepted work after one day job done and paid for install gearbox and it was worse than when i took it out ask for assistance and take the complete vehicle to shop after a week and they removed gearbox again and charged me almost double i got car back still not working so i took gearbox out and to another mechanic he notice some bolts missing in gearbox and the oil channel is not installed back i feel i was robbed and they dont keep to time and promise twenty min is longer than 1h30min and if say we will call you back right now you wait more than a our when you phone no answer so in short most hell week in car repair history and the poorest service possible please stay away from this workshop double promises and overcharging and poor client relation ship will be your experience i hope i will get a call from the owner of nec Kind regards ....still looking for my missing parts
