We do proactive human capacity planning which is driven by the client’s growth requirements. With an understanding of the organisation’s strategic priorities in future, we assist clients to project human capacity needs. We develop a succession framework for existing staff and estimate specific roles to be externally filled.

Advertising, Response Handling and Recruitment Process
Clients give us a brief of the resource requirements they have and we respond with the correct job profiles for the positions to be advertised and confirm these profiles with the client. We select the media strategy for every position that takes into account the most optimum media coverage and reach of the selected media for the time period chosen to advertise. We present the strategy to the client for sign-off before we can proceed. We screen and categorise CV’s into four clusters: Most Suitable, Suitable, Possible and Not Suitable. As an option for some clients, we will interview, shortlist and complete a detailed report that we submit to the client including our suggestions.
