Good Morning Lilith Thank you so much for the first session of the weight-loss Hypnosis done with me on Skype last Thursday. Coaching and hypnosis. I was coached for 3 months after trying multiple other modalities to solve the mental problems that were clearly holding me back, without much success. The unique approach combines fact and spiritual awareness, and greatly aided me in separating myself from the emotions I was experiencing, working simultaneously at the emotional, physical and intellectual (logical) level. The cognitive sessions and 'homework' assignments were augmented by a hypnosis session. I learned greater mindfulness and instrospective techniques that I’ve continued to use.
