Quotation before the repair
Our technicians will always give you a quotation (an estimated cost of the repair) before proceeding with the repair. If you accept the quotation, repairs will be carried out, in which case you will be invoiced for the repairs and you can make a payment to the technician. If you have accepted the quotation, you would only pay for the repairs and we will not charge you any call-out or travel fee. Your invoice will serve as a 6 (six) months guarantee, so please keep your invoice.

Call-out fee
Should you for some reason decide not to go ahead with the repair or if you were just looking for a quotation, our technician will charge you a call-out fee of R350.00.
No surprise fees! Our technicians always provide a quote before the repair and explain what they are going to do!
