• Temporary Contracts Management: Once a contract has been signed with a client, we undertake to appoint a dedicated account executive to manage the account and to develop this new business relationship. We will appoint a site supervisor/manager to handle all performance and discipline issues. The site manager will be readily available at any time when requested by the client. We prefer to have fortnightly meetings with the client and staff to review staff performance.
• Payroll Management Service for temporary contracts: We take the load off your shoulders by catering for all payroll expenses for short-term vacancies i.e. seasonal or emergency positions, by printing and issuing all payslips and handling UIF and PAYE submissions
• Custom-Tailored Solutions designed to suite and meet our clients’ needs: Each Client is unique, therefore we offer a unique package that best suites each and every client.
• Remaining point of contact: We assist with all communication during the recruitment process. This helps us to understand where the candidate will be coming from and their needs, as well as our clients to ease the load off HR Personnel.
