I googled and submit my request the saturday evening, on sunday morning early, johnny from the vereeniging office send me a whatsup and immediately liked his professionalism. He was very fast and ive sent him all docs needed. I liked the fact that he was not the nagging type of sales staff that you usually get. He was very calm and relaxed. Top class Johnny!

My service that I received from Nicholas was awesome never meet someone that has so much time for a customer I can sent a message and he is so helpful need more people like this and if there was a reward for a good worker of the month I think that Nicholas should be nominated for it thank you Nicholas for the best service thumb up for you

I was completely blown away by Natalie van Rooyen, from the DSL support team's, level of service and support.

She carefully listened to my very specific scenario, and went through a very long thread of emails, to properly understand my situation and ensure I was heard.

From there, she went above and beyond to rectify the situation. She could have easily blown me off - as I was already tied into a contract, but she spent hours of her time to ensure I was refunded.

She instantly notified me of any updates related to my query and was always fun and friendly to deal with, even under stressful circumstances.

This illustrates that DSL are fair and truly have their customer's best interest at heart - a rare find in a world of profit-driven large corporates.

I am so glad that I used DSL and feel safe in your hands moving forward!

so i received my devices as well as my wifi with no problems at all,Talitha and Astin was amazing...however my device a Samsung S20 plus was an OBF (out of box failure) that happened the day i received the device,its been close to almost 7weeks now and i still have not received my new device...the problem is on Telkoms side,my case number is 34305859,now im wondering if im going to wait another 2 months for my new device... and to top it all off i have been debited for a device i did not have or use any data of...also received my next invoice already..with the charges for the device i do not have added on that invoice...i have sent an email to dsl guys regarding being charged for a device i do not have...but i have not received any feedback from them... i am at my wits end..

I signed a contract on the 8th May 2020, today is the 8th June 2020, i haven't received my device. Worse, no one is updating me on what is happening. Nadia Botha is no longer responding to my emails. I am so frustrated right now.

Firstly, I would like to thank you the absolute best service you provide, at first I was abit concerned due to so many complaints going around in general regarding fake products being sold, connection problems etc, you never pressurized us to make a decision and you showed respect throughout the process. We accepted the Telkom package and we received exactly what you sold us, you were open and honest with no fine printed T&C's - we really do appreciate! At this stage, I don't have any referrals, however should should anyone in the future show any interest, I will gladly put you in contact!
