Kathy Mann founded Kathy Mann and Associates in the late 1980's. The main focus of the firm is to provide small business with an off-site bookkeeping and accounting service, client training, record keeping, payroll, annual financial statements and statutory return submission to SARS, WCA and CIPC.

The firm gradually expanded and during October 2000 Adriaan Roux joined the firm. He became the managing owner of Kathy Mann and Associates during 2006. The firm has currently a staff compliment of ten, including three registered Professional Accountants (SA), a well-established Income Tax department, experienced bookkeepers and two trainee accountants.
