From the minute I got the phone call from Mike everything just was professional. I got my aluminium windows installed over 6months now and I still get calls from Mike just making sure everything works just perfectly so thanks Mike. You have been great??

Mike and his team from S3G CONSTRUCTION, did my renovation at my house, thier pricing is good I was surprised they completed the work I week before given date line, they changed all my windows and sliding doors to aluminium, my house looks modern now, I'm happy wi to their work

He claims he has run out of money, but it's been one lie on top of the other. He no doubt used the money we paid him to complete other projects. The work is sloppy, I find it hard to believe he actually has a building license and I suggest you avoid this builder. No manner of communication helps with him. Despite us trying to find a civil resolution.

t’s not true that they can’t get hold me, yesterday I was with them in their property to discuss about the leaking slab because it rained when we are not done yet. About the cracks they are aware that the engineer is coming tomorrow to advise what’s causing the cracks and what should be done, since the inspetor from the municipality also couldn’t tell us what’s the problem, we are in good terms with the clients, I don’t understand them going behind my back and write bad reviews. I might think it’s because I have invoiced them for contingencies ( the work that they have instructed my guys to do without extra which was not quoted for) Yesterday we came to an agreement about that payment.
Like most of the clients in general they raise concerns on some issues they don’t understand, but I explain to them and they show satisfaction.
As I’m writing this email I have been talking to Henk friendly about the progress of the work,

Mike is supposed to currently be busy with renovations at our house. He's currently added photos of our house onto his 'advert' page. What those photos don't show is that he stopped coming to site 3 weeks ago. The slab he threw for us is cracking so badly and we've needed to put back support poles. They diluted the plaster mixture so much that in less than 3 months there are endless cracks. He has no project manager and completely ignores all your calls. He never water-sealed the slab and last night our entire house was ankle deep under water and we spent the entire night sweeping out water. We contacted him and told him he needs to come to site to repair the leaking slab and he has completely ignored us.
