BNP Interior first replaced my lounge ceiling board. I was highly impressed with their approach to solving the client's problem. They clearly explained the ceiling board replacement process to me, explained the options available, and I was able to make an informed decision. That's why I extended another offer to them to tile and replace the bathroom fittings and paint the entire house. They take pride in their work, work extremely hard, always professional and respectful when they conduct their work. I will happily call them back whenever I have issues in my house.

Pathetic service. The removed my existing door and could not fit the new door because his saw blade was blunt. Very unprofessional. Now I'm sitting with the old door on but he removed the lock. When I called him he said that he couldn't get a replacement blade for his saw. I'm very disappointed as I thought that he was a professional coming from Snupit.

The service was good and neat. I bought the material and his fee was so low that I actually added 50% after realising how much work he had done. I asked why he qouted so low, Sam said it was because people turn to ask for quotes and use it to get lower rates and he ends up not getting business so he was trying to guarantee he gets the job. That is so unfair and sad, I hope people will stop treating others that way and pay people what they deserve.
