I would not recommend that this contractor be used. He did a job at my Mum's place and we have had issues ever since. I have contacted him numerous time since June last year and I still await for him to merely go and review the issues. The job had a 10 year guarantee which he seems reluctant to fulfill and he cannot seem to fulfill his word to come and review the job.
