Disappointed with service took in item for alteration with a sample pants ,went to pick item after third day , pants made smaller instead of larger, when questioned they said the elastic will stretch and its new therefore the pants is now smaller, said i need to pay because i gave incorrect measurements ( even though i sent a sample pants ).. Went back after 2 days and told i needed to send measurements instead.Measurements sent thereafter. Went to pick pants . pants made even bigger than the actual measurement requested . when manager questioned was told that i had given wrong measurements and i need to pay for it to be corrected . spoken to very rudely. Did not get measurements requested even though sample sent even though measurement given . Got items back thats actually bigger and not fitting. Left with 2 pants thats bigger than wat was requested .. So now have to take it sonewhere else to be re altered .
