I would like to extend a sincere appreciation to Matthew and his team at IFloors Umhlanga for exceeding my expectations. Matthew was well researched, very knowledgeable of the various products/brands and applications. Not once was i pressured into making a purchase but rather his focus was on making sure i understood the variations in product quality, product longevity etc. When i was procrastinating on the colour, Matthew was kind enough to let me take sample boards home. This for me was the biggest difference as it led to me making the correct choice. The team started on time and completed the job within their promised deadline. They were very accommodating in that they came on the weekend to finish a delicate area that i needed to be present for even though they could have completed this during the week. The team was very professional, neat and careful when moving furniture etc around. They had a consistent focus on cleanliness. I had a fantastic experience with IFloors Umhlanga.
