My teen son has been attending counseling with Thapelo for a couple of months. The feedback that I have is very positive. From the get go, when I contacted him to request assistance for my son, he was prompt in his response and took the initiative to arrange the counselling sessions straight away, due to the urgency of our situation. Both my son and I have found him to be someone who conducts himself with professionalism but still being very approachable, passionate about his profession and desire to support/help other people, dedicated, committed, hardworking, able to relate to anyone irrespective of their age, etc. I have witness my son 's situation improving within a short space of time.
